Transforming Kenya's Schools and Hospitals with Fruit Trees - 100 Pieces per Institution
Kenya has an average of 97,000 registered schools and 12,000 registered Hospitals. As dedicated sellers of high quality Grafted fruit seedlings, we are on a mission to plant 100 Grafted fruit seedlings in all these institutions and make this vision a reality with clear impact driven goals like ending malnutrition amongst students and patients, promoting sustainable Agriculture, environmental benefits like carbon sequestration, biodiversity and food security.
Malnutrition is a major underlying factor in half of Kenya's high infant and under-five deaths. While national acute malnutrition is around 6%, it exceeds emergency levels (15%) in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs). Kenya faces undernutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, and rising obesity (a "triple burden"). Our Grafted fruit seedlings provide quick and long term yielding vitamin rich fruits that supplement certain meals and educate on healthy lifestyles.
Schools gain hands-on learning in agriculture; hospitals offer healing environments and fresh produce for patients. Each tree planted is a step toward food security and climate resilience.
Grafted trees mature in 2-3 years, yielding up to 10x more fruit than traditional ones. Our goal: 100 trees per institution, starting with schools and hospitals across Kenya.
In return, partners receive visibility through co-branded events, impact reports, and tax-deductible donations. Let's turn barren grounds into orchards of opportunity—together, we can curb hunger and grow a healthier Kenya.
